Custom Homes:
Design and build from the site work to the finishing touches. We have "in house"
plans or outside Architects to work with you on your new custom home design. We provide complete
plans, specifications, cost analysis, engineering and building permits.
Room Additions and Remodeling:
Walter and Walter Construction provides an "in house" plan service for new
additions and remodels. We offer bathroom and kitchen remodels, room additions and interior

Guest Quarters and Efficiency Units:
Our guest quarters/efficiency units are 700 square feet. They include one
bathroom with a tub/shower unit, walk in closet, master bedroom, dining area and kitchen.
Window and Glass Door Replacements:
We offer new "high efficient" window and glass door replacements for your
outdated units. Additionally, we install new high quality trims around each door and
window unit. Painting of new trims is included. Most projects take 2-3 days. Prices start at $330 per window (for single story homes). New glass door replacement units start at $1,200.
Siding and Trim Replacement:
If you need partial siding and trim replacements or the entire house
re-sided, we can show you all the latest options for siding choices. We offer wood and
man-made siding products. All work is completely caulked and painted. Call for a free estimate.
Decks, Patio Covers and Sunrooms:
Our decks, patio covers and sunrooms are of custom design and build to
add beauty to any yard. Our decks and rails consist of man-made products or we offer a
variety of many natural woods to choose from. Many low maintenance products are available
for our decks and patio covers. Sunrooms are custom designed for your particular needs.
